What an amazing tour of Florence! LivItaly was a delight to work with and Enrico our driver and Raffaela our tour guide were simply magnificent. She was engaging, kind, knowledgable, happy and genuinely interested in providing a memorable experience for us. Debbie actually teared up when it was over and we had to say “goodbye” to Raffaela. She was a fountain of knowledge about Florence, seemed to know everyone in the city, and such fun to be around. Our driver Enrico was a joy to spend time with on our ride to and from the cruse ship. He has such pride in his country, and yet seemed to know more about America then we did! Just an awesome fellow. Well done LivItaly — WELL DONE!
