My wife and I enjoyed the small group (5 of us), and did not use the ear phones/ device due to small size (we enjoyed this). Our guide was very informative/ patient guiding us thru the Vatican. He took extra time at any point we wanted.
We do feel the Vatican should limit the # of daily visitors + set the # that go thru as it was to busy/ too crowded to really enjoy. This is not a LivItaly Tour issue!
