We highly recommend this tour and our guide, Francesca. We met outside the Musei entrance where we were quickly escorted in, passing the building queue and every step of the way Francesca made sure my husband (who has some mobility issues) had the easiest time possible. She was extremely knowledgeable as well as being friendly and warm. We hit the high points, the special rooms and she knew a lot about all the most interesting items,whether they be sculptures, tapestries, maps, rooms… or whatever! A great guide and tour!
