Upon release of payment and guarantee of booking, all guests are submitting compliance to the following Terms & Conditions Policy. Should any doubt or dispute with said Terms & Conditions arise before booking, it is advised to contact us before placing your booking and submitting payment.
LivItaly Tours LLC is not liable in respect of personal injury, loss or damage of luggage by the client, or death. The company is not responsible for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience caused by natural distasters, or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence by LivItaly LLC, such as war, floods, severe weather, etc.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control (flight delays, weather, theft, injury, etc). We also recommend a medical and personal insurance to cover medical expenses, emergency flights, and loss of baggage or personal belongings.
Museum / Site Tickets
All pre-purchased entrance fees are non-refundable upon completion of a booking. Refunds will only be granted in accordance with our cancellation policy. In the event that a change of date is necessary or requested by clients, it will be considered on a case by case basis, depending on the policy of reusability of tickets in question. In the rare event there are no tickets available to pre-purchase, LivItaly Tours LLC is responsible of contacting the client offer an alternative date or cancel the tour and immediately refund the entire amount.
Late Arrivals for Semi-Private Experiences
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive all relevant details on meeting locations and start times. You are asked to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to the start of the tour experience. We cannot guarantee you will find your guide if you fail to arrive at the meeting point on time. In the event this occurs, LivItaly Tours LLC is not responsible for any claim of refund or even partial refund. We will do our best to accommodate you if you arrive late and the tour has already begun, however no refunds will be issued, in accordance with our cancellation policy, if you are unable to join us due to late arrival.
Delays with Private Experiences / Private Transfer Services
If you anticipate you will be delayed for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact our office at (+39 335 156 9642). We cannot guarantee that a rescheduled pick-up time or day will be possible at no additional charge for last minute cancellations.

Proof of Age
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide proof of age either for themselves or for their children. All teenagers and children under the age of 18 must show proof in order to receive the discounted rate. All students (age 18-26) must show a valid student ID in order to receive the student rate. Proof of age can be shown in the form of a passport, driver’s license, birth certificate, etc.
Last minute bookings
LivItaly always strives to deliver every single service that has been booked through www.livitaly.com. In the rare events of a last minute bookings, LivItaly cannot guarantee that the service can be delivered due to lack of available tour guides and/or available tickets. In these rare occasions, LivItaly is responsible to contact the customer and offer an alternative tour, a new starting time or a full refund. The customer is always welcome to call or email LivItaly before proceeding with a last minute booking in order to secure the tour or service.
Colosseum Underground Bookings
The Colosseum administration opens bookings for Tour Operators every mid-month for the next one. LivItaly Tours will do its best to satisfy your requested date and time. However, when booking, please bare in mind that we will need potential flexibility on your side in order to deliver the best service possible.
