We paid for the Colosseum tour with underground access. Unfortunately as it was Easter weekend the underground section was shut off and our tour was cancelled. Angelo let us know with plenty of notice, and was kind enough to fit us on another Colosseum tour earlier in the day and refunded the difference in the amount for the tours. The tour left slightly late due to waiting for another couple that didn’t show up but that was no problem. Out tour guide, Giulia (sounds like Julia, sorry if I have got the spelling wrong) was absolutely wonderful! I could have listened to her talk all day. She was very organised and passionate about her job and the history of the City. The tour was my most favorite thing about Rome. Thank you for making it such a memorable and wonderful day, Guilia. We will never forget you!
