This cancellation policy applies to all tours, experiences and transfers booked on www.livitaly.com
LivItaly Tours must be advised of cancellations in written (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone directly to (+39) 335 156 9642.
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total charged per person. The fee is not refundable unless the booking is cancelled due to a fault on LivItaly Tours part, in which case there will be an assessment done on a case by case basis with regards to any change of our refund policy.
Tours and Experiences
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled starting time: Full refund (except the cancelation fee).
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled starting time: No refund
- Transfer cancellations made up to 72 hours before scheduled pickup time: Full refund (except the cancelation fee).
- Transfer cancellations made less than 72 hours before scheduled pickup time: No refund
No-Shows and Late arrivals
Clients who are not at the designated meeting point or pickup point at the agreed upon time are considered No-Shows. All No-Shows will be considered late-cancellations and therefore not refundable. It is the client’s responsibility to alert LivItaly Tours (+39) 335 156 9642 in the event of late arrival.
Amendments depend on availability and may be subject to a fee when tickets have already been purchased and are not refundable. Please send us an email to email@example.com if you wish to reschedule a tour.
Tours and Experiences will run with all weather conditions. Minor variations of the itinerary may occur to accommodate safety and security of our clients.
Closures or Strikes
In the event of an unexpected closure of a site or attraction your guide will promptly provide an alternative itinerary.
Changes of Cancelation Policy
The terms of this cancelation policy may change at the LivItaly Tour’s discretion. In the event of such changes, the new policy will apply for all tours booked after the date and time of the policy change.
