Then, turning into the main Piazza di Monte Citorio, you’ll see the grand entrance to Romes parliament building on one side, and on the other, an ancient obelisk that was originally brought from Egypt by the great Emperor Augustus!

You’ll also get up close to the oldest sets of bronze doors in the city dating back to the same era, and be given a wonderful view of the pantheon square and the elegant renaissance fountain right in the center.
